Aven took a small drink of water as she watched to sunrise. The doe liked this land. It bore no taint. Her memories seemed long ago and distant. The way she liked them. 'Suppose you were wrong though,' A small voice asked. Aven crushed it. What right did it have to be there? Poisoning her own thoughts. No right at all. Suddenly she felt trapped, held in chains. She had to be free! She change to her soul form and soared above the green earth.

Rannoch took a deep breath in, the crisp morning air burning in his lungs. he looked up into the golden glow of the sunrise, and sighed in happiness. His eyes wandered over to the pearl of the moon which was still up to the east. How wonderful things are, he sighed out loud to himself. yet something seemed to be out of place this morning. He shook his chestnut coat, "hmm"
Rannoch stood tall on a hill overlooking his meadow, his forest... you could even see most of the other hills from here. suddenly, he spotted movement in the brush. He froze, staring at the spot, ready to chase off some fox. At the same time, his mind wandered, looking for Fearless and brook...

The lovely white doe came trotting in. She saw Rannoch, and licked him, "Hello, sweety." She whispered, nuzzling his coatr.

Aven looked up at the doe and her stag. She hadn't noticed them, but they would notice her soon enough. In her soul form, Aven spread her beutiful wings and soured into the air to perch lightly in an oak tree. She was partially hidden but she could clearly see the two deer, completely unaware of her. She wasn't sure why she didn't just fly away. It would be so simple. She wouldn't hurt them. After days of forced solitude, the craving to see others was to great. But she still did not come forward. The habit of staying invisible still prevailed.

Rannoch looked down for a moment at the doe, and smiled pleasantly "hello dear" he said. Then, seeing something out of the corner of his eye, snapped his head back in the mystery's direction. he took a step toward it. then stopped, not wanting to leave the doe at his side. Instead, he settled on scanning the area with his keen eye.

In quick, the doe rammed into the Swan she was, and she searched around, landing on Rannoch's back, and smiled lightly, and cooned to the other. Then became a doe once more.
